Friction was confident in her decision to join Atreyu's pack. She was a loyal wolf, and that loyalty was difficult to place, but this new alpha of her's was definitely someone she was willing to follow. And although the mark he had tagged her with had hurt a little at first, it made her feel as though her membership was official. Friction didn't pay much attention to the warning that had gone along with it, because it was highly unlikely she would ever go against her pack. For her, once that kind of decision was made, it was settled, and no matter what - there was no going back.
Atreyu had been right. About Timberland Forest being easy to find, that is. (And just about everything else, too. xD Just kidding.) After following his scent for about a mile, she soon came across a dense forest that reeked of him. Hmm, this had to be the place. Friction's white figure moved at a moderate pace, a ghostly sight among the darkness of the early night. She found herself in the middle of a clearing and slowed down, deciding to settle here. She reclined onto her haunches, emerald eyes wandering and ears twitching idly. A small stream of blood trickled from Atreyu's brand, the only flaw among a luxurious sea of white. The she-wolf decided to wait until morning before she explored.
